After coming back from Berlin I needed a bunch of rest and relaxation! Overall, this week I focused on uni and staying on top of school. :) Something that I learned while being abroad is that ensuring you get lots of sleep is vital. Oftentimes, you'll be waking up at 3:00 AM in order to catch a flight, and will end up doing the same thing in a few days. With that in mind, it may be difficult to keep track of your health and your schooling. It's okay to have some downtime!
So this whole week was pretty relaxed and mellow. I also spent a lot of time exploring the what's near CBS campus and exploring the rest of the city.
One tip that I have for studying abroad is to not forget to explore more of Copenhagen! A lot of people will spend so much time away from Copenhagen in order to travel elsewhere, which is especially understandable if you have never been to Europe before and are eager to travel. However, make sure to take time and appreciate Copenhagen! CPH is one of the most livable cities in the world, and I personally think that it really takes living there in order to appreciate and understand why that is the case. Overall, Copenhagen is amazing so make sure to stay and really soak up the city.
Here are some photos of the week!
Another tip that I have is to make sure that you follow up on events going on in the city. There are usually some events that the city that are held throughout the seasons (especially in the summer) so make sure to stay on top of what's happening in order to make the most of them. Try to follow Copenhagen news outlets too, and social media pages that are focused on local events. There are tons of them on Instagram that will show you thinks like weekly flea markets, and much more.
See you in the next one!
