Back in Copenhagen! This week was focused on resting from the trip since it was pretty intense. Like I mentioned before, traveling to the degree that you do can be very exhausting. Not having a set routine, sleeping in new places, walking all over, and not eating regularly can be very hard on the body.

After some rest and getting myself re-organized again, I went to go get matcha with my friend Rachel. We went to Sing Tehus Matcha, and it was so good! One of the best matcha's that I have ever had. I usually try not to get matcha when ordering anything since the flavor and taste is very different with each individual place. But Rachel is a matcha enthusiast, so I was glad to follow what she recommended.

I really enjoyed going here, and I highly recommend going if you love matcha. They even offer ceremonial grade matcha, matcha bowls, and even matcha whisks.

Afterwards, we biked to Ismageriet to get some ice cream. It is a very popular spot for ice cream in CPH since it's located in the very trendy Meatpacking District of Vesterbro. They have many delicious flavors to choose from, but I highly recommend getting the pistachio and any chocolate based flavor.

After getting ice cream, I met up with my friend Aiden to bike to La Banchina in the Holmen Area. We biked through Freetown Christiania in Christianshavn Vold. If you have a bike, I highly recommend biking through this pathway, its very beautiful and a great way to explore the nature of the area.

La Banchina in Holmen is also a very beautiful area that I highly recommend visiting. It is a very popular place to swim, sunbathe, and hang out with friends. It is also close to places like Lille Bakery and Reffen which are great for a quick bite to eat.

Once we were done meeting with Aidens friends at La Banchina, we all went to Reffen to get some food and hang out. Reffen is really nice and beautiful during sunset, but it is definitely pretty pricey for getting food.

Nearing sunset we were finally done, and me and Aiden biked to Faelledparken for the May 1st celebration. I wasn't aware of this until the day of, but May 1st is a holiday in Europe known as their "Labor Day." In Faelledparken, there was a huge festival with various techno performers so it was very fun to watch and experience.

That wraps up this blog! I hope you enjoyed reading. :)
